This is an application, not a lease. Units will not be reserved until the applicant is accepted, application fees, administrative fees and deposits are paid and a lease is executed. You also understand that there are no pets allowed. The lease is a binding contract. Each applicant is required to pay a $25 non-refundable application fee at the time of application.
